Where is my order ?
To check the status of your order, simply log in to your account and click on "Order History".
If you don't already have an account, you can create one using the same email address you used when you placed your order. You will find the history of your purchases.
I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been sent, we invite you to contact us via hello@rootz-shop.com as soon as possible in order to update your delivery information.
Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped, no further modifications can be made.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France (+ overseas territories), throughout Europe, Canada, the United States and Africa!
What are the delivery times ?
- We work with a specialist partner to print and ship items to order . Processing is generally done within 24/48 hours.
- Regarding the delivery time, it varies between 3 to 5 working days maximum (after sending the package) in Western countries. For the French Overseas Territories and Africa it will take 5 days more.
Can I make a return?
You have 14 days to make a return request. To do this, contact us at hello@rootz-shop.com , indicating your order number.
If you received an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. You will just need to send us a clear image of the defect in question.
⚠️ Regarding swimwear, in the interest of hygiene we will accept returns of unworn and unwashed items.

- Then click on “forgotten password?”
- You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

The creator of the brand is from Togo and the brand is managed exclusively by Afro-descendants. We are a 100% Black Owned brand.
Where are the clothes made?
Our clothes are printed in Europe and the United States.
I am not black or of Afro-descendant, can I still buy?
The only condition is that you like the article! Our pieces can be worn by everyone.
